src.neurodags.nodes.antropy

Node wrappers for the antropy derivative functions.

Each wrapper exposes an antropy computation through the node registry by delegating to neurodags.nodes.factories.apply_1d(). The nodes expect an xarray-like input and apply the underlying function to one-dimensional slices along the requested dimension.

antropy is imported lazily, the first time one of these nodes runs: it JIT-compiles numba kernels at import time (several seconds), which used to be paid by every CLI invocation and every worker process (see #30).
